We move fast and put working software in front of real users. Prototypes ship; side-projects that stay internal are the exception, not the rule.
Every feature starts with a concrete agent workflow we are trying to improve. We talk to customers regularly and let their problems shape what we build.
We default to sharing context openly, disagree directly, and leave credit to the work rather than the person.
Speed and quality are not opposites here. We are deliberate about where we slow down — mostly around data handling, billing, and agent trust.

Open roles
All roles are remote. NYC-based candidates are welcome to work together in person when needed.
Own the full stack from Express API to Next.js dashboard. You will touch the AI pipeline, the billing system, the crawlers, and the real-time socket layer — all of it matters and most of it needs to be made faster and more reliable.
Design the multi-model provider router, improve prompt quality across the 5-step video pipeline, and build the evaluation harness that lets us ship model changes with confidence.
Shape the agent experience from onboarding through report delivery. We are a small team — you will own the full design process from research to shipped pixels.
Build the acquisition engine for a product with a clear, measurable value prop. Channels could include SEO, paid, partnerships, or agent communities — you will help us figure out what works.
