By accessing or using RealtyLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
RealtyLens is an AI-powered property analysis platform that generates floor plans, condition scores, issue detection, and listing copy from walkthrough videos. The service is designed for real estate professionals as a listing preparation tool.
RealtyLens is not a substitute for a licensed home inspection. Our AI analyzes visible surface conditions from video footage. It does not evaluate structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, or other systems that require physical access and professional licensing.
Users should not rely on RealtyLens reports as the sole basis for property purchase decisions, pricing, or condition disclosures required by law. A licensed home inspector should be engaged for formal property transactions.

You retain ownership of videos you upload. RealtyLens retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and analysis methodology. Reports generated from your videos are licensed to you for use in your real estate business.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
RealtyLens provides AI-generated analysis on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of condition scores, repair cost estimates, value estimates, or listing copy. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform and stored data will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RealtyLens after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Program name: RealtyLens AI Concierge.
Description: RealtyLens provides an SMS-based AI concierge for real estate agents. When you opt in, you may send and receive text messages from a dedicated phone number assigned to your account. The AI concierge answers questions about your saved searches, comps, and listing data; sends transactional notifications about property alerts and account activity; and forwards messages from your contacts into your dashboard.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage and how often your contacts message your assigned line. There is no fixed cadence.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier-imposed messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for plan details.
How to opt in: You opt in by linking and verifying your mobile phone number in RealtyLens dashboard settings (realtylens.co/dashboard/settings) or by texting any inbound message to your assigned RealtyLens line. Opt-in is per-account and applies only to the number you verify.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any RealtyLens message to immediately opt out of all further messages from your assigned line. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages thereafter.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported US carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and Boost Mobile.
