How does RealtyLens generate floor plans from video?

RealtyLens analyzes your walkthrough video to detect room transitions, doorways, and spatial relationships. The AI maps room adjacencies and connection types to generate an accurate spatial floor plan — no measuring tape or special equipment needed.

How accurate are the AI condition scores?

RealtyLens provides granular 1-10 condition ratings for every room, assessing walls, floors, ceilings, and fixtures individually. The AI detects cracks, water damage, wear patterns, and other issues with severity levels. While not a replacement for a licensed home inspection, these scores give agents a reliable preliminary assessment for listing preparation.

How long does a property analysis take?

The average analysis takes about 5 minutes from upload to complete report. You record a walkthrough video (typically 3-5 minutes), upload it to RealtyLens (1 minute), and the AI generates everything in approximately 3 minutes.

What does the AI property report include?

A RealtyLens report includes: AI-generated spatial floor plans, room-by-room condition scores (1-10 scale), feature detection (fixtures, appliances, finishes), issue tracking with severity levels and repair cost estimates, natural light assessment, MLS-ready listing copy with headline and highlights, value estimates, and target buyer profiles.

Can RealtyLens replace a home inspection?

RealtyLens is designed to complement — not replace — a licensed home inspection. It gives real estate agents a fast, detailed preliminary assessment for listing preparation, pricing strategy, and client conversations. For formal transactions, a licensed inspector should still be engaged for structural, electrical, and plumbing evaluations.

Property videos — walkthrough videos you upload for analysis

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and improve the RealtyLens analysis service
Generate property reports from your uploaded videos
Communicate with you about your account and service updates
Monitor and improve platform performance and reliability
Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Videos and analysis results are stored in cloud infrastructure with access controls. We use JWT-based authentication to protect your account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

AI service providers — to process video analysis (videos are sent to AI models for analysis only)
Cloud infrastructure providers — for storage and hosting
Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect our rights

Opt out of non-essential communications

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information and uploaded videos. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

9. SMS Messaging Privacy

When you opt into the RealtyLens AI Concierge SMS program by linking your mobile number, we collect and store:

Your mobile phone number (E.164 format)
The content of messages you send to and receive from your assigned RealtyLens line, so the AI concierge can maintain conversation context across turns
Phone numbers of third-party contacts who text your assigned line, and the content of their messages
Delivery metadata from our SMS carrier (delivery status, timestamps, message identifiers)

No mobile information shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We share message content only with the carrier that delivers the message (Twilio) and the AI model providers that generate replies (subprocessors). These subprocessors are bound by contract to use the data solely to deliver the service.

To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any message from your assigned RealtyLens line, or unlink your phone in dashboard settings. Opting out removes the verified phone link and stops further SMS from your assigned line; it does not delete prior conversation history.
