What you'll receive

When you opt in, RealtyLens assigns your account a dedicated US phone number. You can text questions to that number and receive AI-generated replies about your saved property searches, comparable sales, listing details, and account activity. Your assigned line also delivers transactional notifications when new properties match your saved searches, and forwards messages your own real-estate contacts send to the line into your dashboard inbox.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage and how often your contacts message your assigned line. There is no fixed cadence.

Msg & data rates may apply. Standard carrier-imposed messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received under this program. Contact your wireless carrier for plan details.

How to opt in

There are two ways to opt in:

  1. Dashboard verification (primary): Create a RealtyLens account at realtylens.co/login, sign in, navigate to Settings → Phone, enter your mobile number, and submit. We send a 6-digit one-time code to that number; entering the code on the verification screen confirms opt-in. The verification screen explicitly states that submitting the code authorizes RealtyLens AI Concierge to send recurring SMS to that number, lists message frequency and rate disclosures, and links to this page, our Terms, and our Privacy Policy.
  2. Text-in: Reply START, SUBSCRIBE, or YES to your assigned RealtyLens line at any time to re-confirm opt-in after a previous STOP.

Opt-in is per-account and applies only to the mobile number you verify. RealtyLens does not solicit opt-in from third parties; only the verified account holder can authorize SMS to their own number.

How to opt out

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT) to any RealtyLens message to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages thereafter. You can also unlink your phone at any time from Settings → Phone.

Mobile information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share message content only with the telecom carrier that delivers the message (Twilio) and the AI model providers that generate replies. Supported carriers

Supported US carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and Boost Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
